Ethereum Price Could Explode with Upcoming Milestones!

• Coin Bureau host Guy Turner is pointing to two upcoming milestones for Ethereum (ETH) that could send its price higher.
• The first milestone is the proto-danksharding upgrade, which will make transaction data more readily available and increase scalability, lower fees and improve transaction speeds.
• The second milestone is an effort to enhance privacy on Ethereum, with privacy being listed as one of the “three transitions that Ethereum must implement or else it will fail” by its creator Vitalik Buterin.

Two Catalysts Could Send Ethereum’s Price Exploding Higher

Coin Bureau host Guy Turner believes that two upcoming milestones for Ethereum (ETH) could send its price higher.

Proto-Danksharding Upgrade

The first milestone is the proto-danksharding upgrade which would address Ethereum’s main bottleneck to scalability – data availability. Proto-danksharding would make it possible for special blobs of data to exist on the Ethereum blockchain, making transaction data more readily available and increasing scalability, lowering fees, and improving transaction speeds on its layer-2s.

Enhancing Privacy

The second upcoming milestone for Ethereum is an effort to enhance privacy. Back in January 2021, Vitalik Buterin proposed stealth addresses as one solution and noted that privacy was “one of the largest remaining challenges” in the Ethereum ecosystem. Last month he also listed privacy as one of “the three transitions that Ethereum must implement or else it will fail”. As institutional investors are now showing increased interest in ETH due to Shappella upgrade, this focus on enhancing privacy makes sense.

Increased Institutional Interest

The Shappella upgrade has increased institutional interest in ETH because many investors want more security and privacy when investing their money into digital currencies like crypto coins. Therefore, Proto-Danksharding upgrade and enhancing privacy are two important catalysts that could potentially trigger a bullish run for ETH in near future.
